Linda DiCarlo and Claude Goldstein demonstrate various asanas at the Iyengar Yoga Source in Cranston, Rhode Island. Each asana or pose is labeled for easy reference. The poses increase in difficulty as the session progresses. Also note the use of wooden blocks and and blankets for assistance in achieving some of the more difficult poses. These allow tired or ill students to fully enjoy the benefits of each asana through supported methods, requiring less muscular effort.
